Baker Ingram & Associates was requested to provide pro bono service for the Brandywine Red Clay Alliance barn. The rubble stone, rear wall of this historic barn was observed to be bulging. We reviewed the condition and concluded that water was infiltrating the wall and eroding the soft mortar causing the stones to shift and become dislodged. We recommended that a mason be engaged to review the wall and make the necessary repairs.

Larry Baker was invited to participate in a work day on September 30th. Over 100 people attended and accomplished a number of tasks throughout the property. Larry was assigned to remove stored materials abutting the barn walls to allow access by the mason.
