This new complex for East Whiteland Township Public Works involved the construction of a two-story, 3,000 square foot administration building, heated vehicle repair and storage garages, and unheated material storage structures that total approximately 25,000 square feet. A portion of the garages and equipment bays are two-story. The grade sloped from south to north thereby requiring that the buildings needed retaining walls to allow the floor elevations to generally match the yard elevation.
