Baker, Ingram & Associates provided structural engineering services for this new, 384,760 square foot residential apartment building located in West Chester, PA. The building consists of four stories of apartments over a two-level parking garage. There is an 8,800 square foot roof plaza over the garage. The roof plaza includes a pool, raised planters, and concrete hardscapes. The structural system for the residential area is wood floor trusses on wood-stud bearing walls. The four stories of wood framing is supported by the steel-framed and concrete-on-metal deck parking levels.
