The Schellhase Commons Building at Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA encompasses 15,000 square feet of new space as well as the renovation of historic Keigwin Hall. This new student center is a perfect marriage of old and new. The new admissions suite adjoins Keigwin Hall, one of the campus’s signature buildings. The original brick structure was converted into a multi-level coffee shop with outdoor terraced seating for college and public use. A two-story steel-framed addition houses a bookstore on the first level and an entertainment space on the second creating a true social hub for the campus.
