Building A is a 3 to 4 story, multifamily residential building, with apartment units and a shared amenity space. Portions of the amenity space have two-story height spaces. The site also includes a courtyard area, featuring a pool, café lounge/plaza, and parking areas. The entire building is built at and above grade. The structural framing system consists of wood stud bearing walls with wood truss framing. The amenity areas incorporate steel framing on columns, combined with wood trusses and bearing walls. The foundation consists of a blend of spread and wall footings. The exterior façades feature brick veneer, metal siding, and panelized composite siding, all supported by wood stud or concrete block backup.

Building B mirrors the design of Building A but lacks the courtyard area. It includes a smaller amenity area designated for resident storage and a lounge/lobby with mail collection. Buildings C, D, and E are akin to Building B, though they stand at only three stories tall and shares a parking area with Building B.

Building F is a four-story multifamily residential structure that features retail tenant spaces combined with resident services and storage on the ground level. The site includes parking and walk-up areas. The second floor, which is the first elevated level, serves as a podium, constructed with a concrete composite metal deck supported by steel framing and columns. The upper floors reflect the design of Building A, showcasing a similar façade. The ground level is surrounded by storefront glass to accommodate the retail tenants.
