The new Penn Manor High School in Millersville, PA was completed in 2022. The new school building totals 388,793 square feet and is a mix of new construction and renovated existing building. The additions were constructed with a mix of structural steel framing and masonry bearing wall supporting steel joist framing and the project was phased over several years to accommodate a school that was occupied during construction.
