This single story, medical office building with a partial second floor houses medical offices, exam rooms, plus an outpatient surgery center. Structural elements consist of a structural steel frame and a complex system of manufactured wood floor and roof trusses. A cold-form stud backup wall was utilized for the brick veneer, which is also hung from the steel frame where required.
