Description:
The Northeastern School District has a new home for their 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students. This new intermediate school currently has a capacity for 600 students, but was designed for a future expansion to accommodate 725 students. There is a 3-story classroom area with single story support spaces for the gym, auditorium/cafeteria with stage, and administration area. The classrooms are partially below grade on the lower level and the Media Center features a curved exterior curtain wall.
