This new 82,000 sf facility has earned a LEED-Registered, Gold designation for new construction. The building is a three-story steel moment structure which features 30 inch deep glulam beams. The beams span 50 feet over the retail center utilizing concealed connections. Other features include vegetated roofs adding as much as 70 psf of additional dead load as well as panelized exterior masonry walls.
