Description:
This project is a Wellness Center intended for use by the entire student body. It includes a re-use of the existing gym from the current facilities as well as adding an additional gym, and many more training and exercise opportunities for the student population. This building will be approximately 43,474 sf with a footprint of 25,782 sf and will consist of multipurpose courts, an open weight room, dance and exercise rooms, and 1/8 mile elevated running track which will be partially suspended from the roof, social space and a juice bar. Additional offices and administration areas for faculty and staff are also included in the second phase project.
