BACKGROUND
Larry Baker is a founding Principal of Baker, Ingram & Associates. As Principal in Charge of the Lancaster, PA Branch Office, he is responsible for all aspects of the branch management, marketing, and business development as well as quality control.
Larry’s project experience includes new construction as well as restoration and renovation of existing structures. Project types include churches, commercial and retail, healthcare, historic, office, residential, institutional and industrial facilities. With particular expertise in the K-12 educational facility market, Larry has been responsible for the completion of over 140 school projects. Projects have included structural assessments of existing structures, design of new school facilities as well as additions and renovations.
Thirty-one plus years of experience has enabled Larry to develop a thorough understanding of the issues related to the design of economical, practical and efficient structural systems. His experience with buildings of all sizes and construction has provided him the ability to quickly identify signs of distress and other structural concerns in existing buildings.

BACKGROUND
Paynter has nearly 27 years of structural engineering experience and is a founding principal of Baker, Ingram & Associates. He is responsible for business development, project management, project engineering, and management of staff in the Dover, Delaware Branch Office.
Paynter provides extensive involvement in the design of educational facilities, office buildings, coastal structures, warehouses, emergency operation facilities, theaters, hotels/motels, parking garages, churches, manufacturing plants, laboratory buildings and historic restoration. His commercial and institutional projects include: multi-story steel framed office buildings, various school buildings and additions including long span auditoriums and gymnasiums; multi-story masonry bearing and pre-cast concrete plank motels; and foundations for pre-engineered metal buildings. Industrial projects involve the design of large cast-in-place concrete tanks, equipment foundations, and mezzanines, catwalks, sumps and pump stations. Coastal structures include piers, bulkheads, boat ramps, shore protection and pile supported elevated buildings.

BACKGROUND
Thomas has 22+ years of construction and structural engineering experience and is a founding principal of Baker, Ingram & Associates. He is responsible for business development, project management, from project conception through construction, supervision of staff engineers and designers, management of budgets and invoicing, and quality control for the Newark, Delaware Branch Office.
Mr. Woods’ technical expertise includes analysis and design of structural systems utilizing steel frames, cast in place and precast concrete, masonry, and wood framing.
Project experience includes new construction as well as restoration and renovation of existing structures. Project types include primary and secondary educational facilities, hospitals, churches, office and commercial buildings, institutional and industrial facilities.

Design experience includes new construction as well as additions and renovations. Project experience includes university and secondary schools, hospitals, laboratories, churches, office buildings, commercial structures, institutional, and industrial facilities
Mr. McGlade has extensive experience with structural steel, reinforced masonry, timber, pre-cast concrete, cast-in-place concrete and, historic preservation. His background, dealing with all types of structures and materials, has afforded him the ability to accurately investigate and evaluate existing structural systems, and to determine the appropriate repairs and restoration needed for deficient structural systems.

BACKGROUND
Jack has over 23 plus years of structural engineering experience and is currently responsible for project management and structural design services for the Centreville, Maryland office. Jack’s project experience includes both new construction as well as the renovation of existing buildings. Building types include educational facilities, hospitals, churches, office and commercial buildings as well as institutional and industrial facilities. He has extensive experience with structural steel, reinforced masonry, timber, pre-cast concrete and cast-in-place concrete as well as building restoration and diagnostics.
Jack’s long-standing involvement with a national retailer extended his expertise in building diagnostics and repairs to include parking garages and automotive centers at approximately fifty sites geographically located from Maine to Louisiana.
